Access call detail records

On the FortiVoice web administration page, select Monitor and Call History on the left-hand menu.

Select the Call Detail Record tab to access call detail records.

Select one of the call detail records by double-clicking it.

Review the call flow to see the events that occurred during the call.

The call detail record can also be exported for further analysis if needed.
